Short practices (30-minutes & under)
Here you’ll find shorter yoga, stretching and cardio sequences to help you fit movement and exercise into your busy day. These classes are available and free to all.
Full-length classes* (30 to 60-minutes)
Here you’ll find our full-length workplace classes, including Energizing Flow Yoga, Yin-Yang Fusion Yoga, Yin Yoga, and High Intensity Interval Training (cardio/strength).
