I’ve been getting the intuitive pull to (re)introduce myself to you.
But before I do, I want to invite you to also check in with your intuition: Is there anything you’re being pulled toward? I know, that can feel like a big question…But as you read on, I encourage you to reflect on it.
Chances are you know me as a yoga teacher, health coach, and the founder of OmBody Health. And I’ve loved and learned so much serving you in these ways, but like so many, the pandemic brought about big changes in my life and business. Changes driven largely by my inner voice that I hadn’t felt ready to make…until I was pretty much forced.
Three of those changes have been foundational to me taking the next big step on my life path, which means expressing myself to you in a bolder, truer way—as hard and scary as it is at times!
I reconnected with a man I had known back in 2018 but had no idea would become my partner. No joke, I dated 2 other Ryan’s before him, and when he showed up on Hinge back in April 2020 his name alone was a red flag.
Fast forward 2 years, and I’m still counting my blessings that Ryan (#3) walked into my life (right at the start of lockdown, thank you Universe). Our relationship didn’t start off with fireworks, but it continues to unfold into the most supportive, fun, erotically and emotionally connected union I’ve ever experienced.
The mental and emotional footing that Ryan and our relationship provides helped me feel safe and inspired to step more boldly into what my inner voice has been calling me toward for years (see life change #3).
My workplace wellness company, OmBody Health, was cut in half in 2020, and took an even bigger hit in 2021.
I could blame this entirely on the pandemic, but the truth is I was ready for change, in a big way. As frightening and ego-crushing as it was (and still is) at times, I needed business to fall away before I could have the time and mental bandwidth to conceive of another way. (Anyone who’s been a business owner knows how hard it is to redirect in the thick of it.)
OmBody Health is still partnering with employers, just at a lesser capacity, which has allowed me to pour more of myself into other things, like travel, 1:1 coaching, and new trainings.
Somatica is to me in my 30’s what yoga was to me in my 20’s, utterly paradigm shifting.
While yoga taught me how to find resilience, support, and connection within myself, Somatica is teaching me how to cultivate these qualities within my relationships, and SO MUCH MORE (learn more about the Somatica method and philosophy here).
Think of the most expensive thing you own. Is it more valuable to you than your relationships? I’m willing to guess no. Yet many people put more time and energy into and growing their assets than their relationships.
It doesn’t help that most of us only learn to be in relationship through osmosis and trial and error. It’s no wonder so many relationships are wrought with selflessness, people pleasing, unmet needs, settling, stonewalling, anger, numbing, frustration, resentment, silence, sexlessness and dissatisfaction.
Somatica is culture-shifting because it teaches humans how to be in authentic, empathetic connection with ourselves and each other versus playing out old, destructive patterns like reacting, withholding or going straight to fixing—all of which gloss over feelings, needs and desires, leading to many of the painful tendencies and feelings listed above.
To name a few…
But fast forward to now and I feel more emotionally and erotically empowered than ever, I’m in a deeply satisfying relationship, AND I’m in the midst of birthing a sparkly new Life & Love Coaching brand (stay tuned for the launch in May).
I’m still working out all the details, but for the past 6-months, I’ve been weaving the Somatica methodology and tools into my coaching sessions and I’m AMAZED at the results.
And because I want to share these life-changing tools with as many people as possible, I’d like to invite you to work with me HALF OFF (offer ends in May 11, 2022).

[A note on gender: I have the most experience coaching cisgendered people, but I welcome all genders for a consult. Depending on your gender identity and background, if I don’t think I am the best fit for you, I will do my best to refer you to another Somatica practitioner who can better support you.]
*I’m also called to serve the following, but have little experience, so if you fall into one of these categories, please reach out and I’d love to gift you a free session!
I can’t wait to nurture you.
