Allie founded OmBody Health in 2014 to help busy people tap into their most effective, creative and healthy selves by learning to mindfully flow between the energies of doing and being.
Her philosophy is that work can either uplift and fuel us, opening us up to the richness of life and the true power and potential we hold, or it can drain our spirits, leaving us tired, stressed, unfulfilled and lacking connection to our in-born light.
She believes that work has a profound impact on our quality of life and wellbeing; the way we feel at work not only impacts how well we work, it has a ripple effect throughout our entire lives.
She and her team support companies all over the country to implement initiatives that optimize the experience and potential of their people by championing the importance of self-care and self-trust in the workplace.
Allie delivers corporate seminars and has spoken at DisruptHR, CMHRA, the Maine Business Expo, and the HR Power Hour Radio Show on work/life wellness. She published her first book in 2016 entitled Wake Up: 40 simple self-care rituals for a healthy, abundant and purposeful life and is currently working on her second book.
She trained under world renowned coaches and teachers within a variety of disciplines, including: Relationship and Intimacy Coaching through Somatica Institute, Health Coaching through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a 10-day silent Vipassana Meditation Course, a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in India, and both a Master’s in Education and a Certificate Program in Corporate Wellness.
