Self-Care for Busy Women

Disconnection from the body, intuition and power center are common symptoms of the fast-paced, productivity-centered culture that much of the world lives in today. Self-Care for Busy Women is a virtual workshop series developed by Ombody founder/owner Allie Andrews that guides women to make the shift from busy, tense, and in their head to purposeful, self-soothing and in their power.

Allie designed this series for women who:
  • Often feel over-extended.
  • Feel guilty when they time time for themselves.
  • Talk about slowing down and making more time for themselves, but struggle to create the space to make it happen.
  • When a free moment pops up, find themselves tackling to-do’s, crashing, or on TV or social media.
  • Often think about what they have to do (maybe even to the point it keeps them up at night) and never feel like they’re able to get it all done.
  • Value themselves more when they’re productive than when they’re resting.

Over 3, 90-minute small group workshops, Self-Care Mastery for Women teaches busy women to get off the hamster wheel, out of their heads, and into their bodies…because this is where the magic happens! Participants will receive individualized support from Allie, Certified Yoga Teacher, Health Coach, M.Ed, and recovering busy addict herself, as well as learn from and connect with other women’s journeys.

Using Allie’s signature method, participants will learn:
  • How to create and settle into deeply healing moments of pause.
  • How to make space in their busy lives for more of these moments.
  • The secret to making this a way of life that grows their wellbeing, self-worth and sense of purpose, forever.
